    How We Build Your Pool

    A custom pool takes 8 to 16 weeks in Miami-Dade from signed contract to handover, permitting included. Here is exactly what happens.

    Site Survey & Design

    We visit your property and check access, water table, setbacks and existing utilities, then produce a 3D design you can walk through before anything is committed. Want a ballpark first? Try our pool cost calculator.

    Step 02
    Fixed Written Quote

    Full scope, itemised: shell, finish, decking, equipment, features and permits. One number, agreed before work starts. Pool financing available if you would rather spread the cost.

    Engineering & Miami-Dade Permits

    We prepare the structural drawings and file the full permit package with the county. Typically 6-12 weeks, and you never deal with Miami-Dade directly. More on pool permits in Miami-Dade.

    Excavation & Steel

    Layout, dig, plumbing rough-in, then the rebar cage and structural inspection. This is the stage that decides whether a pool lasts thirty years or cracks in eight, so it is the one we never rush.

    Gunite & Finish

    Pneumatically applied gunite shell, full cure, then tile, coping, decking and your chosen interior finish, whether that is Diamond Brite, pebble or glass tile. Add water features or LED lighting here.

    Equipment commissioned, water balanced and a full walkthrough of how everything runs. Backed by our satndard warranty, with weekly pool maintenance available if you would rather we kept looking after it.
