Wendel had been in the swimming pool industry since 1998, started as helper and moved up in the company to become a technician, then mechanic, then field supervisor until 2005 he founded Deep Blue Pool & Spa, INC. He has experience in all facets of the pool industry from maintenance to remodeling to new construction to automation and so on. Besides his technical skills Wendel holds a BS in business administration from FIU and has applied his managerial traits to improve his company.
I came to this country in 1990, I started working in a construction company for a few years, I started from the bottom to a team leader but traveling to different cities kept me away from my family so I started to work in the pool industry after a few years of learning process in different aspects of pool industry demand I open my own company but always wanted to expand so I decided to take a new challenge with deep blue pools & spa
